We will assign a representative to work closely with you to understand your vision and preferences. Sketch initial designs or use any online images that you would share to get the outcome you want. We can further have a video meeting to clarify and emphasize on anything important. If you have heirloom jewelry or loose stones you want to incorporate, this is when you’ll show us. You don’t need to know anything about jewelry, gemstones, or design (you can rely on us for that.) We’ll talk about who the jewelry is for, what makes them special, and any design ideas and inspiration you have. By the end of the meeting, we’ll have a solid idea of design and budget and if you’d like to move forward, we would ask that you put down a 40% deposit that will based on the quotation we provide you.
We'll carefully consider all your inspiration, ideas, and specifications, focusing on durability, and unique design, all the while adhering to your budget. It is in this process we will be working with our smith to assess the practicality and feasibility of the proposed design. This entire process takes a few days so that we ensure to give you a quality end product.
We responsibly source stones just for you based on your design, desired quality, and budget. At your stone showing meeting, this can be done online as well, you’ll get to see, and hand-select each stone that goes into your jewelry. PS: we’ll never show you stones that are out of your price range or under our high-quality standards.
After confirming what you want, we will contact our smith, provide the necessary gold/silver and the relevant stone/s, and begin the work. All of our bespoke jewelry will be handcrafted to achieve the highest precision. You can contact us during process to see at what stage are we at.
When your jewelry is ready, we will coordinate the insured delivery of your piece. We will inform you about care and cleaning, and provide you with diamond or gemstone certification when applicable.

You don’t need to bring anything into this meeting; it’s our job to help guide you toward the best jewelry for your unique style. Inspiration photos and having some idea of what you like and don’t like is helpful but not necessary. If you’re making jewelry for someone else, having access to their Pinterest board or showing us photos of them/their style can help the process.
Most people aren’t, and even when they do come in with a very clear idea, it’s common for it to change at least a little bit after they learn more about the durability of different stones, metals, and certain popular styles.
It depends! From 5 to 10 days on average. And remember once we get started on production we cannot change the design. But, if you really want to, it will come at an expense.
