Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we only ship to Sri Lanka. However, we are working on worldwide shipping. Stay tuned!

What are your islandwide delivery fees?

It’s free. On the house. No hidden charges.

Can I change the address after the order is placed?

Reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. As our team works hard to get your orders dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

How long does delivery take?

If the product is in stock, it will be delivered within 6 business days.

If you have placed a pre-order, it can take up to 30 business days.

For custom made pieces, the delivery time will vary based on design. However, we require a minimum of 2-3 weeks to process custom orders.

Can you deliver my order as a gift?

If you are getting someone Stoned, we are happy to help! Click on our gift-wrap option as you check out to send your order to your special someone. Complete it with a personalized note and we will do the rest.

How much does delivery cost?

What if my jewelry arrives damaged or defective?

In the event that your package arrives with visible damage, appears tampered with or is the wrong order, contact us as soon as possible at hi@test.com 

If you believe your item arrived with a manufacturing defect please contact hi@stonedjewelry.com providing your order number, proof of defect (images) and we will advise on the next steps to resolve any issues. Upon inspection, if we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, you will be notified with a repair quote, if applicable.
